  The food was either over or under cooked. The bread too yeasty, the spaghetti sauce too salty, Mac n cheese was gritty, and gravy for the potatoes was just plain nasty. The gravy! Most of the staff seemed lazy and often absent from the restaurant floor. Only the busser was working his butt off and was very polite. It is very sad to see the place decline so much. I hope they can get it together or be replaced with something better.

  Beware, if you go there on Sunday and you come after 11:00 you will pay 31.00 for basically brunch instead of lunch. They will still have breakfast food out. The food that everyone before 11:00 paid less for. They will keep putting breakfast food out until it runs out. Management at the store level is less than third rate (excluding Mike). I had to go through two people at the Corporate level to finally get to speak with somebody that explained in detail what their process is. I didn't necessarily agree but at least he listened to me, took my suggestions and didn't try to tell me that I was the one that had done everything wrong. Since you won't get a straight answer from management at this location I am posting this. Hopefully they can get new management at this location that can communicate to customers in a professional manner. Or even just communicate.
