  They are understaffed and it is reflected in their service. It is not uncommon for them to close the dinning room during the day due to lack of staffing. The store is not sufficiently cleaned either. I suggest cleaning your own table before using it.

  I went because of free burger promo. Awesome! Free food! Unfortunately it was downhill from there. After about 5-10 minute at window, they give me the food. I forget to check the items. I get home, and my fries and cheese sauce were not in the bag. I try calling 3 times but it rings and rings. I call the St Ann location, they offer a meal replacement for the issue, I agree. I continue eating the rest of the food, and discover a black hair on the other fries. I have blonde hair and a red beard, my wife has brown hair. So, while I'm not usually a germaphobe, I discard the remaining fries. I try calling again, and again, rings about 6 times and no answer, no answering machine. Will not revisit this location.

  While i was there an employee stole a cell phone that belonged to a customer, and the manager acted like it was no big deal.
